Vote in the September 14th Primary

If you want to send someone NEW to Madison, someone that is not part of the problem, someone that is part of the solution, you need to vote for me in the September 14th primary!
There are only two candidates running for this seat, both Republicans.  Whoever wins this primary wins the election! The race is over…
This is a partisan election, you can only vote in one column, if you cross over and vote in more than one column, be it Republican, Democrat, or Independent, your vote does not count.  Be sure and read the instructions carefully to make sure your vote does count.
Be sure to attend the State Senate Race Forum on Wednesday, September 8th, 2010 at the Brookfield Chamber of Commerce and hear what Tim’s plans for Wisconsin are.  If you want to attend you must register, so please do that here: Brookfield Chamber of Commerce
Thank you for your support!

Declaration of Candidacy

March 14, 2010:

Tim Dietrich announces his candidacy for the open 33rd State Senate seat.  The seat will be vacant due to Senator Ted Kanavas’ (R-Brookfield) decision not to seek a re-election.

“I Am Only One Person, But Change Must Start Somewhere”

Wisconsin entered 2010 with a 2.71 billion dollar deficit and an unemployment rate nearing 10%.  As a candidate for Wisconsin Senate District 33, I will do my best to reduce unemployment and government spending through viable, practical measures that work.

Wisconsin needs to do a better job creating and promoting businesses.

Wisconsin needs to do a better job providing growth incentives for businesses.

Wisconsin needs to do a better job creating tax break incentives for businesses.

Wisconsin has great businesses and we need to supply them the tools they need to prosper and grow.

As your Senator from the 33rd District, I will take this message to Madison.

In our day to day lives when we are faced with an unexpected expense, a lay-off, work reduction, or any kind of hardship that we all face from time to time, we do what is necessary to make ends meet. Maybe we get rid of cable TV, a cell phone, or replace a new car with one less expensive that’s more economical and cheaper to insure. We don’t like it, but we do it, and sometimes we find that we really didn’t NEED some of those things anyway. Our elected officials need to cut our spending and cut it deep. This has not been happening. We cannot continue to spend money we don’t have.

As your Senator from the 33rd District, I will take this message to Madison.

Thank you for your support, and remember, I don’t want your money, I want your vote.
